Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area for incoming guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a restaurant or food service role, is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items, including allergies and dietary preferences.
• Flexibility to work shifts during weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and bill processing.
